Viewpoint is a rustic, three-story structure with approximately 4,500 feet of floor space. The facility rests on the highest knoll of New Dawn Farm; a 113 acre Organic Farm located in the hills outside of Wheeling, West Virginia.

The first floor serves as a no-charge dental clinic to provide dental care for the needy. The second and third floors offer large meeting/living areas with an open kitchen. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are found on each floor. Each bedroom contains three bunk beds. The bedrooms will accommodate 24 overnight guests.
